New Horizon Meets The Ocean
Once again I find myself pairing New Horizons and Waves of the Ocean. I think they work perfectly together, I will put a link to another card I made using both.
The lines on the front of the card are made after I have stamped and attached the pelican, by scoring every 1/8th inch with the scoring board, this gives more dimension and interest to the card.
There is nothing nicer when you receive a card and present than to have a lovely tag attached as well. So here we are, this can be made quite quickly and is a great match for the card.
So here is the pair together. again, I think the twine and small pebbles finish off this lovely card and tag. There are lots of different colours in the New Horizons paper to choose from and you can turn them upside down and use the sky as water. You’ll be amazed.
How To Make
- White Card Base 5 x 7″
- Blackberry Bliss 4 1/2 x 6 1/2″
- White Cardstock 3 3/4 x 5 1/2″
- Blackberry Bliss 1 1/4 x 2 1/4″
- White 1 x 2″
- Tag 2 x 5″
- Cut a 2 3/8″ round circle in white cardstock and layer your New Horizons dsp behind.
- Stamp the Pelicans, grasses and the sentiments with Crumb Cake Ink.
- Add the twine to both card and tag.
- Layer following the picture.
