Card and Background Technique.
Today we are going to look at the background on this card, it is nice and easy and any combination of colours can be used. All you need is Isopropyl Alcohol over 90% proof. ( available online) Vellum, a paintbrush and Stampin Up Blends. Take a look at the video and enjoy!
