Birthday / Christmas Crackers
Today is the Share It On A Sunday blog hop and I will show you how to make these fabulous Birthday / Christmas crackers. There will be some fantastic projects from the team so hop around and enjoy what everyone has made.
Christmas / Birthday Crackers are a lovely way to decorate your table or if you have made Christmas crackers then simply pop them on the tree with a gift inside. I have used the Flowers Of Friendship Bundle. to decorate the cracker.

You can make the Crackers up to the point of adding ribbon, I used the Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia to tie them. This way you can store them flat. Add ribbon when needed. A fantastic Craft Fair item as well.
You can use patterned paper or cardstock to make these crackers. I used the Hand Penned DSP, which is so pretty, you must take a look.
The Crackers look great in both papers, if you have a weighty gift then the cardstock will be the better option. I also used the Stampin Blends Pens to colour the flowers and leaves, Polished Pink, Fresh Fressia, and Mint Macaron.
These Christmas Crackers make even the smallest gifts look really special.
Decorating these Birthday / Christmas crackers can be simple or as elaborate as you like.
Measurements
DSP/Cardstock 7 1/2 x 7″ (19 x 17.5)
 Long Side Score @ 1 1/2 + 3 + 4 1/2 + 6″ (3.5 + 7.5 + 11.5 + 15cm )
Short Side Score @ 1 + 1 1/2Â + 2″ ( 2.5 + 3.5 + 5cm )
Turn and on Short Side Score as above again.
